Zuck Personal Training

Backed by my M.S. degree in Health/Fitness Management (American University, 1994) and personal training certifications through ACE (American Council of Exercise), I have been training individual clients for over 20 years. I offer both one-on-one sessions and partner sessions. My clients range from 25-90 years old. If you are looking for that extra motivation to get to the next level, Zuck Personal Training (ZPT) is here to help.

 

First, we discuss your fitness goals. Then I evaluate your current fitness level to establish a baseline. Finally, together we design and implement a personalized fitness program that is both safe and effective in helping you achieve maximum results. I use a variety of equipment during a session, including medicine and stability balls, bands with handles, free weights, and machines. I also use various training techniques such as strength training and core/cardiovascular conditioning. In addition, each session emphasizes flexibility training, including static and trainer-assisted stretching. Periodically, I re-evaluate your fitness level and goals.

Whether you are looking to refine your current exercise routine, or you have no idea where to start, ZPT will assist you with your fitness needs. Many of my clients tell me that they don't like to go to a gym or health club for their fitness training; some say they are intimidated by the environment, while others just don't like the impersonal feel of gyms and/or health clubs. My clients love the fact that they don't have to drive anywhere...they can work out in their own home! These are just a few of the benefits that personal training has to offer.

Think you don't have enough equipment? Don't worry--I bring what you need. Most people have more fitness equipment than they realize. But if you'd like to purchase equipment, I can help you choose the best pieces for you. Another benefit of personal training is that you don't have to plan your workout. As your trainer, I take care of all the details. Your job is to focus on the exercises. This is a truly effective way to work out and yield maximum results. As a results-oriented trainer, my ultimate feeling of success comes when I see my clients reach their fitness goals.
